Envoy  Conferences

Overview
Envoy is a telephone conferencing service† that can be used immediately after signing up for a user account.  Our step-by-step online interface allows you to schedule and manage telephone conference calls from any Web browser at your convenience, without the assistance of an operator.

†Everyone participating in the conference must call the same Dial-in Number.  Depending on the location of each Participant, the call may be local or long distance.  Long distance rates or tolls will be charged by the phone company that each caller uses (e.g. Sprint, MCI, AT&T, etc.).  We do not require the use of any specific phone company (nor do we know their rates).

Maximum time: 4 hours
Dial-in Number: Long distance number assigned during the online scheduling process
Access Codes: Participant Access Code assigned by us or created by you
  Organizer Access Code assigned by us, changeable on the 'SETTINGS' page
Begins: When first caller enters the conference ‡
Ends: When last caller exits the conference ‡
‡By default, Web-Scheduled conferences begin when the first caller enters the conference and end when the last caller exits the conference.  For added security, your conference can begin when you (the Organizer) enter, and end when you exit.  Click here for more information regarding these and other Organizer Conference Controls.
